Do not buy a Hisense dishwasher

Do not buy a Hisense dishwasher. The trays/racks rust, and there are no replacement parts available. Judging by the reviews on social media, this is a common problem, and there has been no meaningful response from the brand to acknowledge or resolve it. I enquired about replacement stock in November 2025 and was advised that it would be available on 10 January 2026. I have now been told the date has been pushed out again to 30 May 2026. This is the response I received:

“Good day Kindly note that was the estimation date for Hisense to have stock, but now it has changed to 30/05/2026. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

This level of after‑sales support is unacceptable, especially for a known manufacturing issue. Customers deserve better.
