Dissatisfied in the quality of Hisense Microwaves

I bought a Hisense microwave in May 2021 and not even 5 weeks later it started making weird ticking noises when in operation and eventually started to switch on and off on its own.

I went to Makro which was where I bought the microwave and wanted them to exchange it as it was basically brand new. They couldn't care less about the fact that the microwave was a waste of about R7000 and expected me to send it in for repairs.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of your products and I will never even look at any of your products again.
