Dissatisfied Hisense consumer!!!

If I could give Hisense a zero star rating I would. I was under the impression that Hisense products are excellent but from my experience it's unsatisfing.I purchased a Hisense U40 cellphone, am using it for only two months now and from the beginning it keeps freezing and phone restarts,I've even purchased a memory card hoping that will make a difference but nothing .Its a waste of time ,I regret ever purchasing a Hisense product!!!! Waste of my money. Am frustrated and angry!!
