Dissapointed hisense

Id never recommend hisense alot of people including myself thought hisense was a good name however evr since ive purchased ive been having probles not even a year with the washing machince and it gives problems waiting for them 1 month now to come and sort it out they jst dont seem to feel their customers are important complained before and noone responded very dissapointed
