Dissapointed

I brought a 65 inch Toshiba TV at Fairprice in Randfontein May 2024 Dec 2025 a lightning struck at my place all my appliances burned down.

Took the TV to fairprice in Randfontein I was told it had cracked n they cant fix it..the Crack which was not visible but can be possible as the light of the lightning showed inside the house. Multi choice fixed my decoder with no hussels as it also got struck.....but then,

They advised I call Hisense to book a repair, Hisense findings is pesticide wich they do not cover. I tried to read all the T&C yet I found nothing

My TV is still under warranty....what warranty is it if I cant get help...I am very disappointed in both fairprice and Hisense.
