Dispicable Customer Service and now I HATE HISENSE

Trying to buy a replacement 345mm glass turntable plate for a Hisense *** microwave? I cannot find one around Cape Town so I sent a Facebook Message to Hisence South Africa. Got an auto-response listing various email addresses, and guess what... Your message wasn't delivered to *** because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. So I emailed *** at *** and guess what... Got the same reply. Useless bunch, to say the least. USELESS!!!
