Dishwasher rusted after a year

Bought a dishwasher on 8 December 2021 and already rusted and door rubber start come loose. After several emails to Hisense complaints division to date no feedback received. Previous dishwasher last more than 10 years before it rust how can Hisense within a year been rusted the bottom plate draw totally rusted and they don’t even sell spares. I will never buy Hisense again they don’t even come back with a solution. This dishwasher do have a warranty but no one make time to reply to my queries. Please assist.
