Dishwasher racks rusting

I will never buy a Hisense product again. Bought a dishwasher, after about a year the dishwasher racks started to rust. Numerous enquiries send to Hisense via their website with no response. Store says its not covered under the warranty, and now it's out of warranty anyway. I Have other brands of dishwashers with no issues Rather support a company that cares about their customers.
