Dishwasher

I bought a Hisense dishwasher. After washing my dishes in the dishwasher, I need to wash them again by hand. 1st time technician came out and advise me to put salt in the dishwasher and buy the powder instead of the tablets, this did not solve the problem as the dishwasher still did not clean the dishes. 2nd time the technician came out and said to me the reason to the dishwasher not cleaning properly is because my plates are to big. I have 3 different sets of plates and this is average size plates. I am waiting for 3 weeks now for the 3rd technician to come out as Hisense refuse to give me a refund. How can you sell a product to a client and give them the response that their plates are to big for the machine??? So disappointed Hisense please give feedback on service request order number: ***
