Disgusting service

The service from Hisense is totally disgusting! I purchased a Hisense oven and within 2 months the inner glass on the door shattered. There was clearly a problem with the hinge & this caused the glass to shatter. They keep shifting the blame and responsibility between Hisense & Makro. They refused to assist and state that the warranty doesn't cover such.
