Disgusting repair service

Hisense South Africa I'm disgusted in the service received. Our TV was collected 9 days ago to be repaired as it packed up after 1 year. We have called almost everyday to be told different stories. Last week Wednesday we were told the repair is complete. Yesterday we were told it will be sorted by today. Today we called and were told it will only be repaired today. As per the picture it says "repair while you there" yes due to covid things could possibly be different but to be told everyday different stories is ridiculous. We want our TV back if it can't be repaired we should get a new one. We have a 3 year warrenty.
