DISGUSTING POOR AFTER SALES

I called Ok Furniture on 3 June advising them that my washing machine which I bought from them 2 years ago which is still under guarantee is giving me a problem, spoke to Ian at the furniture store and he was going to get HISENSE to come out, I waited and waited and no one came to fix the problem, last week Friday 17 June I called Ian again and advised that I am still waiting for someone from HISENSE to come out and Ian promised that they were coming out on Monday 20th and he would call me on Monday close of business to find out whether HISENSE had been out to come and look at the problem, todate no one has been out here and no follow up calls from anyone so I am left with a half broken washing machine. The after sales from Ok Furniture and hisense are totally disgusting and absolutely shocking, for a branded name who is supposedly on the top of the list in name brands now, this is pathetic. They were very quick to take the money when we did the purchase of the washing machine and hightly promoting the good quality that hisense products produce, however there product never even lasted 3 years and the manner is which they treat a customer is absolutely atrocious. I would never do business with either of these businesses ever again, they are PATHETIC
