Disgusting and frustrating service

From Game store to Hisense they both have poor quality service no wonder they are in business together. Like I said I bought a T.V it's now faulty showing lines on the screen yet it is still within the warranty and guaranty they kept on giving me the run around from December 2024 till today and then Thabiso from Hisense at Game store CBD took everything after 4 months saying she will call me back in 2 weeks, it's now 5 weeks later then today I get an SMS informing me that the repairs were cancelled. Stay away from Hisense products their service is disgusting and frustrating
