Disgusted at Hisense NO SERVICE!!!!

I would like to let Hisense know how highly disappointed I am with their service, around about the 07 Feb 2019, I called Hisense customer care to complain abut my washing machine, I sent and e-mail to them, up to date not even an acknowledgement to say that they received my mail, I then went to Hyperama Constansia Kloof, they filled out a form sent it through, after me chasing them to find out how far they called me Friday to say that they completed a Job Card and a technician will called me to come check the problem, still no one called, and nothing has been done, most of mine and my family clothes are damaged due to the BLACK STAINS coming through the drum and I really need this fix ASP as we need clean clothes!!!!!!!!!! Really disgusted about the NO SERVICE at Hisense and definitely will let everyone know how useless they are.
