Disgusted

I bought a wash and dryer 7months ago, and it's the biggest load of ****!

It's the 4th time this washing machine is giving me an issue and isn't working.... Now it's probably going to take 2 days for them to send someone out again go try fix the problem instead of either refunding me or giving me a new one
