Disgusted

Seeing that nobody phones me back after I have left my phone number on your automated system repeatedly, let's see if I can get a response now. I recently bought a double door fridge but upon opening it we found that the one doors hinge is sagging. We reported this to game stores and a technician was here yesterday and he informed us that the hinge has to be like that.so that if the door is loaded it can still open.REALY. I informed him that I am a artisan that understand that there should be a grommet or bush in there. He rep**** that he will order a new hinge and will fit it in about two weeks. This fridge has not been switched on yet as I am planning to return it by Friday if my query has not been resolved. We have three other hi sense fridges and is very happy with them. But if this is how you treat your customers it's maybe time to move on.
