Disappointment with Hisense washing machine

I am Extremely disappointed with Hisense! I bought a Hisense washing machine a few months ago and within the first 3 months it was giving me problems. I own and run a Massage business therefore I wash towels with massage oil on them often with the machine. Prior to owning this Hisense washing machine I had been using my old washing machine for 18 years and I had never encountered such issues with it. I only stopped using it because filters for it are no longer available.

***** of a mud like substance were coming out of the machine and staining the towels. I was baffled as this is a new machine, and I mainly wash white towels.

After writing to them they sent a technician who told me the filters were dirty due to the oil from the towels I wash and therefore my fault.

The problem persisted after that fist call-out. After months of complaints via emails and phone calls trying to arrange for them to send another technician, They came and told me there was nothing they could do and I had to find someone else to clean the machine for me despite still being under warranty.

After speaking to their care department I was told that the warranty does not cover the cleaning of the machine, only maintenance.

I do not understand how a machine 3 months old can already have such problems. It was a total waste of my money!
