DISAPPOINTING SERVICE
I HAVE A HISENSE FRIDGE WHICH IS ABOUT 4 MONTHS OLD - I OPENED THE DOOR ONE MORNING TO GET MILK OUT AND THE DOOR FELL OFF SMASHING ON THE FLOOR. THIS WAS ON 20TH SEPTEMBER - IN 3 WEEKS I HAVE HAD SEVERAL TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS AND 2 TECHNICIANS CAME OUT TO LOOK. I WAS PROMISED THAT THE FRIDGE WOULD BE UPLIFTED AND A CREDIT PASSED TO THE SUPPLIER OF THE FRIDGE. I LIVE IN NORTHERN KWAZULUL NATAL AND HAVING NO FRIDGE IS RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST ESPECIALLY WHEN TEMPERATURES ARE 36. WHEN AND IF THIS WILL BE RESOLVED IS ANYONES GUESS.

17 Oct 2025, 06:08I called again - no one called me. Spoke to a wonderful lady that assured me she would make sure that this matter is resolved! However she promised thé damaged fridge would be collected 16th October and once again Hisense has not honored their word! All l get is promises! At this stage l am starting to loose my sense of humour as we are nearly a month down the line and Hisense has only given me promises which they do not keep 😡😡😡
