Disappointing quality of appliancees

In the past 5 months I have purchased a Hisense TV, Wash & Dry combo machine and a Fridge. I have problems so far with the TV and the Washing machine. I have been to the stores, Gotten job numbers and still waiting for a resolution. I am not happy. I have never experienced problems like this when purchasing other brands. I had my defy for 18 years before swopping.
