Disappointed with TV Quality and Customer Service

I bought a Hisense TV, but I’m not impressed with the picture quality. It’s not as sharp or vibrant as I expected, and there have been some issues with the sound cutting out randomly. To make things worse, customer service was slow to respond and not very helpful in resolving the issue.

The price was decent, but I expected better overall quality and support. Probably wouldn’t buy from them again.
