Disappointed in product and the fact that there is no warranty on the product

Good day, I have been trying for more then 4 days to get through to there customer service. I've send an email as well today with no response. I bought a fridge with Game store in 2019 (April/May ) it haven't even been 4 years and the fridge doesn't cool the stuff on top. Made - Hisense - RQ-70WC4S Type - H720FS-WA I'm really very disappointed with this product. As according to game there is no warranty on the product.
