Disappointed in Hisense service and brand

I'm extremely disappointed with their brand and service ...I bought 70 inch Hisense smart TV on Black Friday @ Game store ...it was delivered on Monday ,I mounted it everything was well ,I just hold the top part of screen inserting a USB the very first day of using it boom the screen shades and show some cracks inside ,I called the service department ...*What a nightmare answer to resolve the issue * Sorry we won't repair cracked screen we advice you to buy another one that's what they said ...R11k straight to the dustbin... I'm so so disappointed...
