Disappointed

So disappointed by hisense, on 25 March 2024 I bought washing machine at game for 7000 as 6999 was so happy because I have been struggling for 6 months without washing machine. First time using machine I have realized sound like object every time it spins but I thought is just because of being new machine but end up writing emails on 2nd week to hisense saying I don't like the sound, week after that the machine stopped working. I went to game on 22 April in less than month to report non working machine then was told to continue emails with hisense. Ohk I did not get reply from their customer service until I made a call telling them that from sound of object to no longer working, then they sent someone to come and fix machine a brand new machine, three weeks machine. ohk no problem he came check and say maybe what what is finished he's going to order new one and I was like how can brand new products have problem and he said is possible, then I gave him benefit of doubt. he promise to come after three days and he came back again but still the machine is not fixed and what pained me is that I payed 7000 and I can't do laundry for two weeks now. I honestly regret, game said they can't do exchange is more than 7 days, haven't even wash more that 4 times with machine..... I'm so angry and upset. I'm not well can't do laundry with hands especially not after buying machine
