Delivery of faulty Hisense 305L Bottom Freezer Inox Fridge H415BI-WD

I bought a Hisense 305L Bottom Freezer Inox Fridge H415BI-WD from game online ( order number ***) in November 2021, and they delivered a dented fridge, when I asked them to either change the fridge or refund me, till this date (24/03/2022), they have not done so, they have been MIA and the email correspondence with them dating back to November ( on the day they delivered the Fridge) is there, but no actions have been taken.

Because of this I don't even see myself buying any Hisense item.
