Delivered a scratched fridge

I bought a Hisense fridge on Hifi Corp store online and got a disappointing delivery. The fridge had visible scratches, I’ve logged a complaint with the store even sent proof but it’s a blame game, the store is blaming the warehouse, the warehouse is refusing to take responsibility and are saying the supplier/manufacture is the one that should account. They are taking me pillar to post and the only time I get feedback is when I call them. The warehouse did ask for pictures as proof I did send and since that day they have stopped taking my calls. As for the customer care all they do is tell me about escalations no way forward. I’m so frustrated and disappointed at this store and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone anymore. I would like my refund from this store
