Delaying refunds, NO service

I have ordered parts from Hisense SA, when the parts arrived it was the wrong parts, Hisense arrange for the parts to be collected, and refunded, now well that was more than 5 weeks ago, and still no refund, numerous emails sent, no reply from them. Call the spares center, no answer. The aftermarket service is pathetic the say the least I will never in my life buy Hisense products again
