Defective merchandise

My son purchased a 14kg Hisense IBubble top loader machine from Standard Funishing in May last year. In anovember ladt it started making funny sounds and techs were sent. No assessment was done but their report indicated that they adjusted the shocks which was a lie. January it started making the same and even worse sounds. Techs came out, said shocks needs replacing, ordered, came to replace and found that the motor needs replacing. Came to replace, still same problem. A week later brand new machine was delivered and low and behold same issues, tach came, reported the machine is normal. Now I'm being told that everything I hear is considered hearsay. Hisense washing their hands and the store is more concerned about payment than solving the issue. This all happened in nearly 9 months of ownership. Please is there someone iut there who can advise what to do cos I am really at my wits end
