Defective Hisense washing machine and tumble dryer

I bought what I thought was top of the range washing machine and tumble dryer combo last year July only to find that the tumble dryer no longer works. I contacted Hisense last month who so kindly sent someone out to come and check my machine a two weeks ago. He opened the hood and tinckered a bit then said it works fine... My washing comes out the tumble dryer wet but he recons the machine is fine because the elements go on? I then contacted Hisense to give them feedback on my still defective machine and got a "your machine is in working order as per the technician and if we send someone else out, it will be at your cost"

I am disgusted that I paid so much money and they have no decency to do a thorough check of my machine as my washing is wet, mind you it takes over 4 hours to dry the washing that comes out wet!!!

Looking for someone to contact me with a solution as this is disgusting and can it please not be Nastassja she doesn't bother reading the complaint before responding like a robot!
