Defective fridge

Bought a bar fridge in Aug which was defective. Logged a request to return and I am still waiting. Multiple calls, emails all i get is a new ref number. Reported to the goods and services ombud which takes a minimum of 15 business days for a response. In the meantime i sit with a defective fridge. Shocking.
