Deceptive Marketing of Television

I purchased a Hisense Tv from [URL Removed] on the 19th December 2014. The TV was advertised as a 40 inch FHD LED TV. I checked the box and it stated 102cm LCD TV. I queried this with Takealot and their response was that the TV is an LCD but \classified as an LED TV". This is totally unacceptable!!! It is totally deceptive.<br> I also queried the refresh rate of 200Hz as advertised. Nowhere on the box or booklet does it mention this.
