Damaged products from Hisense

I bought Fridge and Front loader washing machine at Game store Mall of Africa in November 2023, after 7 days the door was not closing properly I then called them, send severals emails begging them to come and fix, a month later washing machine started draining water through soap dispenser.it’s been 3 weeks now sending endless emails to Game and Hisense for them to send technician to fix or delivery guy to collect but with no luck. I’ m being ignored like a fool everyday until now my machine is not working.
