Customers pay good money for a ****py service delivery

Good day This is really with great regret that i am writing this review, but I have to. The Hisense TV i bought in 2016 at HI-Fi CORP's back lights was faulty and I reported it to them and they submitted a warrantee claim. I still had a valid warrantee, extended that is. The TV was collected on the 12/03.2020, and went to the technicians' service store for over 7 days. 1st I have to mention that the call center agent that I spoke to on the 11/03/2020 @ 10h09, informed me that it will only take 3 days after collection to have the unit fixed and tested. So this was clearly a lie or she doesn't know her job or your service SLA. The TV was delivered after being "fixed" on the 24/03/2020. The technician that delivered it switched it on and it seemed to be fine, picture was clear. On the 25th, yesterday, the right side of the picture went dark again, which simply mean that your service stores are either not doing a thorough job or using second hand and or cheap parts to fix what ever they need to fix. I sent an email to ***, yesterday at 15h06 because apparently at this stage it's the most effective way of communication and I am thinking it's not because no one has called me or responded to my email. I need someone to contact me and rectify the situation, because the extended warrantee was not a free service, I paid for it. I would really like to know that a big organisation like yourselves would not allow customers to pay good money for a ****py service delivery... The work order number for the mentioned incident is ***.
