I bought a fridge 4 years ago a hisense h359bi-wd and abt 3months ago the bottom freezer drawers broke. I have been looking for the replacement drawers since. Was able to finally get through to hisense on Monday and for some reason an agent sent me a quote but the 2 main drawers I need have been discontinued. I spoke to Zanele and Zandile who is apparently the team leader. Truthfully hisense does not care about its customers Zandile not even a competent team leader. All I need is my to purchase top and middle drawers for my fridge and life goes on. Its really pathetic that a company discontinues spares for products that are barely under 5yrs old. So hisense is basically telling me that too bad buy a brand new fridge in my face. Customer service ethics are at a zero at hisense.
