I bought a washing machine on the 25/06/2022 its been 2 years now .

The washing machine does not spin and rise anymore.

I went to the store where I bought the washing machine fair price Silverton on the 2nd of September 2024 to advise the above ,I was advised someone will call to assist fix the washing machine .today it’s the 26th of September 2024 I have not been assisted .

It’s almost a month now I have not done any washing this is really an inconvenience on my side.

I’m really not happy with the service that I’m receiving .

If I can’t be assist I will have no choice but to take the machine back and be refunded .

This is really not a well classed service.
