Customer service

Hi there hisense , a HUGE HUGE customer complaint from my side as a customer , i bought a brand new dishwasher that gave a error code , it’s been 2 weeks now and i still have a broken new machine in my house without an answer or a solution on how to give me customer service ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
