Customer care? What's that?

Have you ever tried the Hisense "customer care" line? Don't waste your time. The 087 number is closed on Saturday morning, even though Saturday morning is quoted as business hours, and Cape Town and Johannesburg don't answer. Check the Internet, and you will receive a number. After wasting about 20 minutes on stupid bot questions, they will ask for your credit card information to continue. All I need to know is how to remove the bottom glass shelf so I can clean it. What should be a simple job is far from clear, and no, it does not appear in the manual. Seems you're on your own if you make the mistake of investing in a Hisense product.
