Consultant was very professional. I gave her the details and ***. She called up the client information. Gave me feedback as to what the diagnosis was and what the end result was. She was patient. She repeated everything I couldn't hear and explained everything in detail as to the next steps. Thank you Hisense for your professional customer service.
