To whom it may concern I wish to express my gratitude to Eugene Samuel, he really walks the extra mile after several calls to your call centre yesterday and everyone just passing the bucket Eugene walk the extra mile. He phoned me back straight whilst sorting out my query. He kept me informed the whole time, and thanks to him the technician come to my house last night. Well done Eugene if there could be more people like you in this world it would be a better place. Thank you for the extra mile you walk.
