Complaint

My electricity trapped and my fridge died. When I called in they sent a technician, he checked the fridge and told me they will get back to me and he made me sign some document. The following day I received a message that my request has been closed and I accepted that they won’t fix the fridge. When I called they telling me they won’t fix it because it is not covered. I’m sitting with a fridge that doesn’t work, my food has all went off. the fridge is still under warranty they telling me it’s not covered. I want to know if their tvs are stronger than their fridge. If its voltage wasn’t it supposed to affect all my appliances? I’m disappointed by Hisense and I have been loyal to their brand for long.
