Formal Complaint – Theft of R2500 and *****ulent Exchange of Inverter

To Hisense Company

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a technician from your company who attended to my premises at Lulekani KurhulaB on.

*Details of incident:* 1. Your technician known as SBUDA, was paid R2500 on for fridge fixing 2. After the service, I discovered that my original inverter [Hisense/Model number:RC-70WS4S1/Type number:H700SI-IDL was removed and replaced with a much older/damaged unit without my consent. 3. This amounts to theft of both my money and my property.
