Cheap Product used inside

I bought a Hisense 305L fridge, which costed quite a bit of money, its valued at R8999, i would expect everything about it to be solid, turns out its not so, i have the fridge for only 2 months & the shelf in the door cracked, i contacted Makro where i bought the fridge & they contact Hisense, all for them to tell me its not covered under warranty & i now need to buy that part, heres my thing, for such an expensive fridge, you using cheap product inside, that you cant cover, i didnt have it for 1 year only 2 months, becareful when buying these expensive items from Hisense, you just not going to get the quality you expect! very ****ed off about the response of hisense.
