I bought a refrigerator in 2019 April, last year my refrigerator stops working and I called Hisense about the problem, they responded very fast, sent a technician but my refrigerator failed to work. what they did surprised me, they came and collected that refrigerator and refunded me with the whole amount I bought it with.
