Cellphone Repair

<p>I bought a phone by the Hi-Fi Corp in Soweto whenit re opened (Hisense F20) on Sep,the phone gave me problems,i took it back to the store last month already i have been patiently awaiting response from them as last week i finally decided to take matters in my own hands due to attitude i am now receiving from Hi-FiCorp & kept telling me that ishould wait for authority to be issued or given to the store for me to get another phone what annoys the most now is that the authority email has still not been sent to the hi-fi corp and the customer service lady there is already showing signs of annoyment when she sees my face.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hisense has mostly attractive appliances and phones but my experiance with them is a night mare its poor, highest levelof poorness klaar</p>
