Buy a Hisense at your own peril as spares are not available !

The worst service ever! We bought a new double door fridge and found that the one freezer drawer was cracked so the dealer replaced it. Then a month later a door shelf cracked. These shelves and drawers are made out of clear plastic and very fragile. I have a Samsung fridge and never had a problem the fridge I replaced was a LG and the shelves or drawers never gave me a problem. I phoned Hisense and they said no spares available but would contact me when they came in. a few months gone buy so I spoke to the dealer who sold me the fridge and they ordered the spare for me. A spare arrived but it was the wrong one. So six months have gone by with a door shelf held together with sticky tape! This fridge is still being sold today by all the main retailers they are built in South Africa so why can we not get spares? I have since found out from other dealers and repair people Hisense back up on spares is pathetic. So anyone reading this review think twice about buying a Hisense.
