Broken stove

I bought a hisense 90 cm 5 burner stove on takealot, when stove was opened we discovered that one of the hinges on the oven was broken. Hisense has been taking me from pillar to post to fix it it's been a month. Only for them to tell me that I have to fix it myself and pay the technician. The technicians they sent to do a report even **** and said I broke the stove myself how do I break something I have never used. They sent me from pillr to post so I can go past to 31 days for the return policy. Am highly disappointed in them.
