Broken hisense tumble dryer

I have purchased a hisense tumble dryer from homechoice in 2023 with a 5 year guarantee about a month ago the tumble dryer stopped heating up after countless efforts to get a service technician from hisense to come and do fault finding my machine is still not working and no technician came to look at the machine I am very dissapointed in hisense after sale service
