Brand New TV never worked

I wish I read the reviews on here before we bought our Hisense TV, it makes sense. It never worked since 4 March when we bought it and we’re still stuck with it.

I understand that appliances can be faulty but their customer service is just as faulty as the TV. If it was a fridge we’d be without a fridge for a month now. I’m never buying anything Hisense. When I tell people about my experience their reaction is “why would you buy appliances from Hisense though”💔 I don’t even want any progress updates about the ticket I logged with them. At this point I need to manage my emotions because my mood can’t keep being ruined by them. I’ll just wait until they collect it another month or two later when they are ready😊
