Brand new product faulty - and shocking service

Bought a washing machine which doesn't operate properly. The technician came around this afternoon to assess so I can send it back, yet he doesn't seem to know what is what on the display - tells me that the spin speeds are in fact the "seconds" that the machine runs for and that I am putting too much detergent in - when in fact I put in one third of a capful and SHOWED him this. He went on to call a colleague or manager - I ended up asking him to leave my property. Hisense are quick to take your hard earned money - but not so quick to help you replace a faulty unit. Hopefully Game (who I bought it from) will help resolve this, as Hisense most certainly are not. I have a Hisense fridge that I love - but I certainly won't be buying Hisense again. Thumbs down to them.
