Brand New Hisense Battery Not Charging.

HISENSE HELLOPETER COMPLAINT

I am amazed. I just bought this Hisense for my Aunt on 22 December. She was away so we tried to set it up on Saturday, 5 December, having put in the micorsim cards. After it went off from the original battery power, I connected it to the charger to no avail. You inset the charger that fits there it charges. So we realised the battery is with the charger. Since yesterday afternoon after work I have been trying to get the till-slip, but apparently it is hidden somewhere. My Aunt had disposed of the carton because it was torn unawares that she should keep it. We had used a tape to put it together.She managed to get the portion with the bar code. I cannot wait until I find the till slip because my Aunt's phones are almost dead (speakers), so I was thinking of buying a new Hisense genuine battery already. But after reading this, I do not know what to do because I might have the same problem
