Bought Faulty Fridge

Since this fridge was bought there has been 'NO JOY' whatsoever. I bought this fridge on the 20th of December 2018 and has been fixed countless times. Technicians came out last out week 6 February 2020 for a noise that sounds like a generator from the fridge, after two days the noise came back. Everytime i request a call out im told technicians will come out in 2 to 3 working days but no they always come after a week to attend to me. This fridge has been fixed countless times in its first year, if its not lights working, the fridge is not refrigerating, then it sounds like a generator, then its the pc board that needs to be replaced. The service iv received from Hisense and Game Wonderpark has been appalling. So quick to take my money but never quick to give me good service or the courtesy of replacing the fridge. Iv had enough you either refund me or replace the fridge. I cant have technicians in and out of my house every 2months. The fridge has a 4year warranty on it, and iv had more than 4 call outs in the first year of purchase.
